Gifts in kind are donations of non-cash items. They can include donations of equipment, school supplies, furniture, and/or vehicles as well as promotional, raffle, and auction items. These types of donations are always helpful for answering some of our community’s more immediate needs. To make a gift in kind donation, please reach out to [email protected].

An easy way to enhance your gift to The WRK Group is through a matching gift from your employer. Many corporations match employee donations. If you don’t know if your company matches gifts, please consult your human resources department or contact our development team at [email protected].
- Neighborhood Assistance Act Program (NAA)
Do you know about the Neighborhood Assistance Act Program (NAA)?The NAA Program encourages businesses and individuals who pay Delaware state income taxes to contribute to programs servicing impoverished neighborhoods or low- and moderate-income families. The NAA provides state income tax credits equal to 50% of your contribution. Contributions starting at $2,500 are eligible.

Kingswood Community Center’s goal is to empower the community to reach its full potential through an Early Learning Academy, Senior Center, workforce development, emergency services, as well as the development of a new, state-of-the-art community center. Kingswood Community Center channels fundraising efforts to insure good stewardship, transparency and accountability.
