Wilmington native, Logan Herring, is the only grandchild of the late Rev. Otis Herring, a prolific community leader and philanthropist in Wilmington. After graduating from Goucher College with a bachelor’s in business management, in 2005, Logan co-founded Delaware Elite, a non-profit organization that mentored student athletes, and he served as Executive Director for 10 years. Concurrently, Logan worked for the Boys & Girls Clubs of DE as the statewide STEAM Program Director. In February 2016, Logan was named Executive Director of Kingswood Community Center, and named CEO of REACH Riverside in October 2018. Fulfilling his life mission of empowering his community by providing and connecting resources to those in need, Logan has been recognized in 2021 as Delaware Online’s Most Influential Delawareans and Delaware Business Times Large Non-Profit CEO of the Year.
Kenyetta has a master’s and bachelor’s in criminal justice/Sociology from St. Joseph’s University and over 25 years of experience in nonprofit management. She is also a licensed social worker, Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a certified Drug & Alcohol Counselor. Prior to joining REACH in March 2019, Kenyetta served as Deputy Director of West End Neighborhood House, a community-based organization providing a full array of social services. Kenyetta is a champion of diversity and inclusion and an enthusiastic advocate for public service and lifelong learning. She works hard to live her personal creed, that “Great vision does not require great sight”.
Laura Mood started her career specializing in the audits of non-profits and governments. She then served as Director of Finance for United Way of Delaware. Through her passion with working with non-profits, she started LDM Accounting Services LLC where she helped numerous non-profits in the Wilmington area over the past 12 years. She provided non-profits an avenue to hire and afford the experience of a CFO/Controller without the cost of a full-time employee. Laura operated in this capacity for over 25 non-profits simultaneously. Laura received her Bachelor’s in Accounting-Information Systems from Goldey-Beacom College.
Dave was a Principal with Strategy House, Inc. providing strategic business and financial leadership services to clients for over 30 years of consulting experience, combining technical skills with creativity to arrive at valuable planning ideas. Dave was Vice President and CPA of a national CPA and consulting firm. During his 15-year tenure, Dave was instrumental in the development of the firm from a local presence to a top thirty nationally ranked CPA firm based upon annual revenue. Dave received a Master of Taxation from Widener University and a bachelor’s in accounting from the University of Delaware. Dave serves on several local boards and commits his talents, time, and treasure to his community.
