PowerHer Tools: Women in Construction & Skilled Trades Panel

The Teen Warehouse and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Delaware are teaming up for an inspiring morning through the Beyond School Walls (BSW) program. PowerHer Tools brings together an all-women panel of professionals working in construction and the skilled trades to share their stories, career journeys, and advice with young women ready to explore what’s possible.
Teens will hear firsthand from women who are building real careers in fields that have traditionally been male-dominated — and discover the many pathways available to them, from trade education programs to mentorship and workforce development opportunities.
This event is free and open to young women looking to learn, connect, and get inspired.
