Pennrose Named In Top 6 Affordable Housing Developers of 2022
Affordable Housing Finance Named Pennrose in Their Top 50 Developers of Last Year
Affordable Housing Finance has named Pennrose, WRK Group Partner and developer of Imani Village, in their Top 50 Affordable Housing Developers of 2022. Pennrose came in at 6th out of 50, with 1388 units started and 1498 units completed. Those units include the 141 units that comprise Imani Village Phase 1 and 2, all of which are now occupied.
Pennrose is a Philadelphia-based developer that has been working to improve the lives of working families by creating safe, secure housing communities where residents can build fulfilling lives since 1971.
