U.S. Senator Chris Coons (D-Del.) today announced that his guest for President Biden’s State of the Union address tonight will be Wilmington’s Logan Herring Sr., CEO of The WRK Group (The Warehouse, REACH Riverside, and Kingswood Community Center).
